Green to light yellow in colour, fruity with fresh notes reminiscent of freshly dried hay. The taste unfolds vigorously and full-bodied in the mouth, with a good structure and fine harmony.
Pairs with: starters, asparagus, chicken, pasta and rice dishes, especially good with fish.
Harvest: mostly early October
Yield: around 60 hl/ha
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation, 30% aged in large acacia barrels, 70% in steel tanks
Alcohol content: 13,5%
