Green to light yellow in colour, fruity with fresh notes reminiscent of freshly dried hay. The taste unfolds vigorously and full-bodied in the mouth, with a good structure and fine harmony.
Pairs with: starters, asparagus, chicken, pasta and rice dishes, especially good with fish.

Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with 50% aged in large wooden barrels, 50% in steel tanks.
