Bright, straw-yellow in colour with slightly greenish shimmer. Clean, pronounced, fragrant, varietal aroma with fine fruity notes (peach, pear). The classy acidity is harmoniously integrated into the fruit structure.
Pairs with: starters, fish, shellfish and crustaceans (especially fried or grilled), white meats and poultry.
Harvest: mostly mid-October
Yield: 45 hl/ha
Vinification: fermentation at a controlled temperature, with 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in large wooden barrels (acacia). Aged in steel tanks for 4 months on the fine lees.
Alcohol content: 12,50%
Acidity: 7,10 g/l
Bottling: mostly towards end-May
Can be kept for: 6-8 years
